Don’t be a fool with fireworks on April Fool’s Day

Are you one of those types of people who love playing pranks on others for April Fool’s Day or the type who gets pranks played on you?

If you typically are the prankster, maybe this is the year to take it up a notch with fireworks! If you’re usually the prankee, now is the time to get back at all those who have tricked you in the past.

Of course, you don’t want to turn into a FOOL by doing anything stupid with fireworks on April 1st. Here are two simple ways to have fun with fireworks on April Fool’s Day this year.

  1. Ohhh, snap! If you simply want to startle or surprise someone, you can’t beat snappers. These are the little paper balls you throw at the ground to make a loud snap, crack and pop.
  2. Practical jokes with poppers – If you want to take the startling to the next level, poppers not only make a “pop,” but they also shoot out confetti for a double whammy joke.

When using either of these trick noisemakers, remember to only use them outside, never indoors. Even though these are considered safe, never let small children use unsupervised.

Even though there are many videos out there of it being done, NEVER attach exploding fireworks to people, cars, bicycles or any other objects in the name of a prank. Accidents can and do happen in these situations.

Come check out our stock of snappers and poppers early this weekend so you’ll be ready for April 1st on Sunday!
